What is the best time to catch big pikes in Ireland?
Pike fishing is always very good during the Blackbay lodge opening season. It varies according to the climatic conditions of the short / medium term.
What kind of clothing do you need to wear?
Ireland has a very unpredictable weather. Multi-ply clothing is recommended, with the outer one strictly waterproof and windproof. Technical clothes are preferred for lightness and practicality.
What is the airport of reference for where to land in Ireland?
Dublin is the reference airport where our shuttle operates as transfer service to and from the lodge.
Are shower towels provided by Blackbay?
Yes, at the lodge we supply you with both shower towels and hand towels.
Is the fishing equipment included in the cost of the package?
Yes, the cost of the package includes the complete fishing equipment for pike, sea and trout fishing. The different equipment includes rods, reels and a selection of the best lures.
